The SAFE Foundations Programme is designed to help you build stability, confidence, and wellbeing in your home and in your life.
You are not alone — we will walk this journey with you. ![]()
“Every new beginning starts with support, hope, and someone in your corner.”
What This Programme Is About
The programme supports tenants who may be:
At risk of homelessness
Recovering from domestic or gender-based violence
Managing mental health or substance-use challenges
Young people leaving care
Facing financial difficulty
Returning to the community after time in the justice system
“No matter the challenge, there’s a foundation to rebuild from.”
Running weekly right through to March 2026
Stronger Foundations Start Here
If you could use some extra support this winter and into the spring — SAFE Foundations is here for you.
From December right through to March, we are offering a safe, welcoming, weekly space where you can get support with:
Wellbeing & mental health
Money worries & budgeting
Confidence & personal development
Recovery & harm-reduction support
Community connection & volunteering
Moving forward with training or employment
And we make it as easy as possible to attend:
Free hot food & refreshments
Vouchers available
Transport support if needed
Friendly, non-judgemental staff
One-to-one support as well as group sessions
This Friday is our first week, and it is all about:
Getting to know the programme
Meeting the team
Feeling welcomed and supported
Taking the first step at your own pace
“You don’t have to have everything figured out to take the first step.”
If you are feeling under pressure because of housing, money, isolation, mental health, recovery, or just life in general
