Recognising Courage in Action at Seagate

We are proud to acknowledge a group of inspiring Seagate employees who have taken a bold step forward — choosing to train as Mental Health First Aiders in the workplace.

By volunteering for this important training, they are showing true leadership, compassion, and a commitment to creating a more supportive and understanding environment. Support doesn’t clock out when the shift ends. 🧠💙

This impactful training is being delivered by Cathereen Wells, a dedicated Mental Health Trainer from HURT (Have Your Tomorrows) .
