Destination ME is a holistic support program for young people aged 16–25 who are in education, training, or currently not in employment. The project provides a wraparound approach, addressing the mental, physical, and emotional health challenges often linked with addiction, while also building confidence and life direction.
Program Objective
To support young people in navigating the challenges of addiction and personal development, helping them build the tools they need for a healthier, more purposeful future through positive reinforcement, mentoring, and workforce readiness.
The Journey Metaphor
The Destination ME journey is represented by a train ride, each station symbolising a stage of growth, development, and self-discovery. As participants move through each platform, they gain insights, build new skills, and move closer to a destination that feels empowering, inspired, and self-defined.
